Sushi-ya is a small 8 seat sushi restaurant hidden away in a small alley way in Ginza, Tokyo. It is currently rated one Michelin Star and is highly regarded among sushi afficionados. The counter is manned by chef Takao Ishiyama who is known for his tasty sushi as well as his graceful motion while shaping the nigiri. Dinner consists of ~10 courses of otsumami appetizers followed by ~15 pieces of nigiri. Dinner course costs starts at ¥23,000.
